Ongoing Operations hosted e-mail pricing can vary quite drastically based on what options the client selects. Here is how we generally price it and some ranges:

Every component is delivered on a per user/per month a la carte pricing model. It is completely scalable and you can add and remove components on the fly each month and fees are prorated on a monthly basis based on actual usage. The best feature of this is you can pick features for specific users and not have to pay for everyone.

Add-Ons

Secure Messaging – Per User/Per Month – Based on Volume
Mobile Device – Per User/Per Month – Based on Volume
Archiving – Per User/Per Month – Based on Volume
Outlook Client (get the latest outlook client available) – Per User/Per Month

General Price Range with Add-Ons = Approximately $10 to $20 per month per user.
