How do I add Archiving to an Existing E-mail Account?

Logon to the Ongoing Operations portal, select the users, and check the box for archiving. Or if you can’t remember another password – call OGO Support and they will happily do it!

Can I Remove Archiving from an Existing E-mail Account?

Yes, logon to the OGO portal, select the users, and remove the check box for archiving. Or call the support hotline.
