Karl Cherry

Karl joined Ongoing Operations in 2019 and is responsible for maintaining a culture of continuous improvement with respect to the quality and efficiency of our support, project management, disaster recovery services, the management of client expectations, and Human Resources management.

With more than 25 years of experience in digital banking/payments and more than 30 years in financial services technology, Karl’s passion is the deployment of products and processes supporting Credit Union's mission to delight their members.

Previous key positions: Managing Director of Product Delivery for CheckAlt (lockbox and item processing services) where he was responsible for all product delivery; Chief Product Officer for CU Wallet (a mobile wallet and payments CUSO) where he was responsible for the roadmap,  design, and all development/delivery efforts; Vice President of Product Management for Digital Channels at WorldPay, where he was responsible for all mobile wallet, mobile banking, and mobile card control initiatives and related vendor relationships, and 23 years at Fiserv ranging from DBA to Digital Banking Strategist to M&A.
