Steve Keddington

Technical Support Manager


Steve is originally from Southern California where he still resides in his hometown. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT and Support field ranging from his time with the Hueneme School District, as a support engineer & trainer, to over 10 years with Kinko’s in various capacities including retail IT manager, Helpdesk Supervisor and Regional Technology Coordinator. Most recently Steve spent 4 years as a Systems Admin with Sysco Foods before finding his home with OGO.

Steve joined Ongoing Operations in 2013. Since then, he has worked with the technical support team to establish processes and tools in an effort to continue to enhance the overall customer support experience for OGO’s clients.

When he is not busy helping clients with support requests, Steve enjoys spending time at the beach with friends, specifically his best friend Roxy, a boxer puppy.
