Tim has over 20 years of Credit Union experience. He has worked as an IT Project Manager and DR/BCP Coordinator assisting both front office and back office operations to develop, implement, test and update DR/BC Plans and documentation.

Tim has been with Ongoing Operations, LLC for over 10 years helping and guiding clients through the DR/BCP process. Tim holds certifications of Certified Business Continuity Professional with DRII and Crisis Communications Planner with ICOR.
