    1. Planning & Scheduling: A project coordinator will work with you to outline all the steps so that all the details will be documented and your organization understands the process.
    2. Data Collection & Requirements Analysis: A technical analysis will be conducted to determine the necessary functions and Ongoing Operations will work with your organization to collect specific information.
    3. Configuration & Technical Assessment: Ongoing Operations will define requirements for your custom solution.
    4. Training & Communication: A project coordinator will provide training and work with you to communicate to the organization the schedule and process for migration.

  2. IMPLEMENT IT

    1. Data Management: Your data will be saved to an encrypted external hard drive or uploaded via FTP to a secure drop box area to be immediately accessible to the organization.
    2. Testing & Validation: A coordinated testing effort with a sample group of users will be conducted to validate requirements and user experience.
    3. Implementation: Go live. Convert your organization to cloud computing.

  3. CALIBRATE IT

    1. Monitoring: Review technical performance and make any necessary adjustments.
    2. User Feedback: Survey the organization for feedback and any modifications.
