Ongoing Operations implemented Hosted Enterprise Lync integrated with Cloudworks Hosted VoIP internally in the Summer of 2012. We are firm believers in experimenting on ourselves before selling the product to our customers. We also try hard not to sell anything we don’t use in some way. After implementing our Collaboration Suite we were able to leverage the following features:

Elimination of 4 or 5 GotoMeeting accounts
Elimination of LogMeIn licensing
Elimination of Conference bridge service (we had about ten different ones being used some free – some not)
Elimination of PBX licensing, PRIs, Voice circuits, and Long-distance charges
