Hosted Backup Option 1 – Local in datacenter
Ongoing Operations provides backups using the Replicator V4 solution within the local datacenter. The entire VM environment will be continuously backed up within the data center to alternative hardware and a different VM Cluster. A 5 day window of incremental backups will be available along with monthly snapshots for 1 year. Additional monthly snapshots are available. Generally, servers can be recovered within the data center at any time period during the 5 day window and within minutes.
Hosted Backup Option 2 – Offsite to different datacenter
Ongoing Operations provides backups using the Replicator V4 solution to a remote OGO datacenter. The entire VM environment will be continuously backed up within the data center to alternative hardware and a different VM Cluster. A 5 day window of incremental backups will be available along with monthly snapshots for 1 year. Additional monthly snapshots are available. Generally, servers can be recovered offsite at any time period during the 5 day window and within minutes.
