Shane Butcher
Chief Operating Officer
Shane has been pursuing his passion for operations management, information technology and security for over 25 years. Prior to joining OGO, he managed the operations, technology infrastructure, security, production, marketing, and sales for national companies, including a Global 100 law firm and a newspaper publishing group. He has built and managed multi-disciplinary teams for large-scale upgrade and integration projects, delivering the products on time and under budget. Additionally, he has managed teams that designed, developed, and operated multiple high-volume newspaper websites, more than doubling revenues and viewership.
Shane joined Ongoing Operations in 2014 and has held multiple roles including VP of Information Technology, Director of CISO Services and Virtual CISO. As COO, Shane is focused on high quality service delivery while ensuring operational efficiencies so that Ongoing Operations can deliver cost effective solutions to Credit Unions.
When not helping Credit Unions serve their members, Shane enjoys hiking, biking, and kayaking with his wife in beautiful Harpers Ferry, WV.
